Whenever a new physician will be registered in the portal, its google calendar needs to be opened from the receptionist google calendar account, this google calendar unique ID will be associated with individual physician record in the cloud clinic portal. Doctor can view all its appointments and can manage them.
Receptionists can view a list of physicians in cloud clinic portals, can register a new physician or edit an existing physician record, besides that receptionists can make a different package of each physician for its fee on invoice.
In its dashboard receptionist can view his/her today’s appointment count, along with the count of today’s virtual appointments and in-person appointments, and total No. of registered physicians and patients in the system. Menu will be displayed where the receptionist can view its profile, change password and log out from the current session.
